ABOUT ANDREW HAWKINS

         Andrew Hawkins is the founder of WayMaker Youth Mission  (www.waymaker-youth-mission.org). The WayMaker Youth Mission’s goal is to help students know, love, and serve Christ. He has a heart for churches to raise Christian leaders who stand fast in their Christianity. Andrew grew up in a Christian home and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior at the age of seven.

   

         By abiding by the word of God, Andrew puts one hundred percent of his trust in Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for his sins and rose on the third day. His favorite Bible verse is John 1:12-13: “But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.”

 

       He has a compassionate heart and feels pain for those who do not know God’s love. His goal is to make lifetime followers of Jesus Christ by helping them come to know, love, and serve Christ. He wrote this book to inspire people to become Christlike. He believes this book will help people understand the true definition of biblical discipleship, become the best version of themselves, and eliminate legalistic Christianity in churches worldwide.

 

        He is the Ministry Coordinator for CEF of Kansas. He is currently working with Nate Goossen, the CEF of Kansas State Director. Andrew Hawkins also has recently published a book, Defenseless to Defended: A Guide to a Christ Empowered Life. Please check out this book on Amazon!
