What is the Pursuit of Happiness?

Our founding fathers instituted the American Government based on a moral code that was written by a moral coder. This moral coder is God. The moral code is the Bible. God wrote the Moral code by the means of inspiration. Since this moral code should be followed, the pursuit of happiness is walking with God within the confines of the law written in the Bible. When the American law crushes/hinders the moral standards of the Bible then we should listen to God rather than men.
